2023年IUFRO松材线虫病国际学术会议通知(第二轮)

20235月,国际林联(IUFRO)松材线虫工作组(7.02.10)下发了《2023IUFRO松材线虫病国际学术会议通知》。在南京林业大学、中国林业科学研究院、中国科学院动物研究所、河北大学等有关单位的大力支持下,2023IUFRO松材线虫病国际学术会议的筹备工作进展顺利,会议将于1025-28日在江苏省南京市召开。现将会议有关事项通知如下:

一、主办、承办和协办单位

(一)主办单位:南京林业大学、中国林业科学研究院、中国科学院动物研究所、河北大学

(二)承办单位:南京林业大学林草学院、水土保持学院,中国林业科学研究院森林生态环境与自然保护研究所、中国科学院动物研究所、中国林学会森林病理分会

(三)协办单位:江苏省植物病理学会、南方现代林业协同创新中心、南京林业大学学报(自然科学版)

四、主要内容

(一)开幕式

1026日上午,举行会议开幕式,拟邀请国家林业和草原局、国际林联(IUFRO)、中国林学会、南京林业大学等有关单位领导出席开幕式并讲话。

(二)主旨报告

1026日上午,开幕式后拟邀请国际知名专家就松材线虫病防控相关的科技创新、研究前沿与热点和社会关注的重大问题作会议主旨报告。

(三)专题报告

1026日下午至27日,会议围绕松材线虫病的成灾机制、流行扩散、快速诊断、病害防治、抗性育种等开展交流研讨。部分会议特邀报告和专题报告详情见附件1

(四)考察、离会

1028日上午,组织代表进行野外实地考察,对松材线虫感病林分及病死木防治现场观摩。

1028日下午,参会代表离会。

六、报名与会议费

(一)会议报名

会议统一线上报名,报名与缴费网址如下:

(二)会议费标准(中国大陆代表)

1. 2023831日前报名的,一般参会代表2000/人,在校学生1500/人;

2. 现场报名或831日之后报名的,统一按2400/人,会后考察200/人;

3. 缴费标准以实际付款时间为准,缴费但未能参会者,会议费不予退回,可由他人代替参会。

(三)会议费发票

会议费统一开具电子发票,会后7个工作日内发至代表注册报名时提供的邮箱。参会代表在系统注册报名、报到时,请务必核对发票抬头、税号、金额以及接收电子发票的E-mail等信息。

(四)会议期间参会者交通住宿费用自理。

、论文摘要和墙报提交

论文摘要和墙报请在会议系统报名时一并提交上传,论文摘要和墙报按照会议模板(网站“下载中心”)制作,具体参见https://www.bagevent.com/event/8086467。论文摘要统一使用标准英语撰写,文责自负。墙报由会务组统一制作和展示。会议不接收现场报名参会代表提交的论文摘要和墙报。

2. 紫金房(双床或大床):520元(含床位早餐);
